1. When I filled out the form on the left and submitted it, why didn't I receive a response?

Re: Most likely your mailbox is spelling wrong. If you don't hear from us within two days, please send us an email directly.


2. E5X series: About enter into Zeroing mode

Re: Press "Shift" button for 10 seconds, then "NOW ZEORING" will display at below. Now, you can move the cursor up/down/left/right. After 8 seconds without any operation, it will be automatically stored. 


​3.E5X series: APP “NVPlay” cannot display video.

Re: NVPlay is designed for our 1st E50-I and 2nd generation E50-II, and the new APP NVPlayPro for the 3rd generation E50-II Plus is available now, it has already uploaded to Apple App Store and Google Play Store. New version for Android has been approved by Google. iOS version is being reviewed by Apple.


4. E5X series: I have already upgrage the scope, but NVPlayPro still cannot display video.

Re: Some phones need to be turned off “Mobile Data” when connecting to wifi hotspots "EXXX@XXXXXXXXXXXX", such as some of Huawei phone.


5. E5X and D3X series: NVPlayPro crash problem.

Re: For the time being, the APP only supports Chinese and English(US and UK), not other languages. Please set the phone to English, then install it again.


6. I have submitted the question to WANNEY for 2 days without receiving any reply.
Re: There are 4 cases as following:
(1) Your email address is misspelled.

(2) Check your mail bin.

(3) Legal holidays in China.

(4) Your message is invalid.

For the (1) case, please email us directly.


7. Night vison range of my scope is too close to the declared distance.

Re: Refer to power supply and adjusting "IR LED adjust" in the user manual.


8. Brightness, contrast, sense and other parameters are not saved.

Re: Yes, these parameters are not stored. Restore defaults on restart.

4. I have some suggestions, whether it can be improved?

Re: Sure, please send us your idea, if there is more customer feedback of similar suggestions, it will be adopted by us and implemented in the next upgrade. Now the third generation of products E50-II Plus, is to adopt a lot of customer feedback before the improvement.
